The Congress today stated that the country's army is equipped to face any situation in the backdrop of simmering tension due to repeated ceasefire violations by Pakistan that lead to the killing of two Indian soldiers. Congress spokesperson Rashid Alvi informed that the issue of Indian soldier's beheading has been taken up in Monday's flag meeting with Pakistan. Alvi further slammed the BJP for belittling the government over the ceasefire violations.
