The Delhi High Court on Thursday asked the state government and health department to issue a directive to hospitals to attend to all trauma patients. This also applies to the private hospitals in the city too. The court said that no hospital can turn down a patient who needs immediate medical attention - especially in alleged rape or accident cases.
