The Himachal Congress MLA, Ram Kumar Chaudhary who was wanted in the murder case of a 24-year-old girl, has surrendered in a Panchkula court in Haryana. Chaudhary, who has been taken into custody by the police, is likely to be produced in court today. The MLA had gone missing since December. Earlier, the Haryana Police had announced a cash reward of Rs. 2 lakh on him after he went missing.The girl, a native of Hoshiarpur in Punjab, was found dead in Panchkula on November 22. It was only after the investigation of her cellphone details that the role of the MLA came under scanner. less
