The Nagpur bench of Bombay High Court issued a contempt notice to Maharashtra chief minister Prithviraj Chavan, Principal Secretary of General Administration Department and Law and Judiciary in a contempt plea filed by Nagpur Chambers of Commerce on implementing citizen charter.
