In yet another horrific crime against woman, a 29-year-old married woman was abducted and gang-raped by seven men in Gurdaspur. The victim was travelling in a bus to her in-laws' village, Gukla, when the driver and conductor kidnapped her and took her to an undisclosed location where they and their five accomplices gang-raped her. The victim's medical examination has confirmed rape. Police said six of the seven accused have been arrested - Daler Singh, Ravi, Jaswinder Singh, Jagpreet Singh and Satwant Singh and Gora - while one unidentified person is still absconding. less
