Retired senior army officials have congratulated Chief of Army Staff, General Bikram Singh on his strict warning to Pakistan, following the neighbour's barbaric act of mutilating two soldiers during ceasefire violation in Kashmir. Lieutenant General (Retired), P N Hoon, warned Pakistan of dire consequences, if they continued to indulge in cross firing and similar barbaric acts at the border. Meanwhile, former Indian Army Chief, Shankar Roy Chowdhury, said there is massive outrage over the ceasefire violation, which is likely to trigger a tough response from the government. less
