The Shiva Sena has alleged that the CBI would let real culprits to go scot-free, as they did in the case of Quattrocchi, who was foster brother of Congress Supremo Sonia Gandhi. Main opposition Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has dismissed the white paper, which pointed that late national security advisor Brajesh Mishra changed the specification of the requirements during the BJP's rule.
