Union Agriculture Minister Sharad Pawar on Tuesday inaugurated the seventh national conference on Krishi Vigyan Kendras-2012 in the Punjab Agricultural University (PAU) premises in Ludhiana. Sharad Pawar while speaking to reporters asserted that FDI in retail will benefit the farmers who otherwise are in great loses.
