A new revelation regarding the death of constable Subhash Tomar has twisted the unfortunate story. Yogendra Tomar, who claims to be an eyewitness to Tomar's injury at India Gate during the anti-rape protests, has discredited the Delhi Police's claim that the policeman was beaten up by protesters. Yogendra said that the constable did not die of any injuries; instead he just fell on the ground while running.However, Delhi Police has refused to comment on the boy's claims, saying that they would be able to speak on the issue only after receiving the post-mortem report. Meanwhile, PS Sidhu a doctor at Ram Manohar Lohia hospital has stated that the constable had no major external injury mark when he was brought to the hospital.
