The Delhi Police has today filed a charge sheet against the five of the six accused in the brutal gang-rape case of the 23- year-old paramedical student in the metropolitan magistrate's court in Saket. The five accused have been charged with murder, attempt to murder, gang rape, kidnapping, robbery and destruction of evidence. The sixth accused, who is a juvenile, will be charged separately. His bone density is being analyzed now to ascertain if the sixth accused is a juvenile or an adult.
