Authorities finally relaxed a week-long curfew in Kashmir today to allow people to buy their essential commodities. In Srinagar, people swarmed into grocery shops as authorities relaxed the curfew. The curfew was briefly relaxed at different times in different areas across much of the Kashmir Valley.
