The Congress today defended the Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit, who faced flak from the opposition for stating that Rs 600 was adequate for buying the monthly "dal, roti and chawal" for a poor family of around five. Meanwhile, ridiculing the entire Congress-led UPA Government, Social activist Manish Sisodia also condemned the move, saying that it was an open assertion of the government's arrogance. less
