Finance Minister P. Chidambaram will on Tuesday begin to hold pre-Budget consultations with various stake holders. On Tuesday, Finance Minister will begin the first round of discussions with the representatives of agriculture sector. Chidambaram is slated to meet trade union leaders on Thursday.
