Asserting that his forces "reserve the right to retaliate", Indian Army Chief General Bikram Singh today said that beheading Indian soldiers by Pakistani troops is not acceptable. He further said that talks to get Lance Naik Hemraj's head back are on, at government level. He also informed that the ceasefire violations are being dealt with appropriately by the army. Singh also said that the Indian Army will uphold the ceasefire as long as it is maintained.
