Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Nabam Tuki has been conferred with the Lifetime Achievement for Peace by the United Nations affiliated International Association of Educators of World Peace (IAEWP) at a function at the India International Centre in New Delhi. Tuki also received the "Green State of the Year Award" on behalf of the Government of Arunachal Pradesh conferred by the International Body Clean Up The Earth (CUTE). In his acceptance address, Tuki dedicated both the awards to the people of Arunachal Pradesh. Tuki also emphasized the efforts of his government to make the state a green economy by adopting green means to enhance the development landscape of the state.
