UAE, Sri Lanka hold talks

Abu Dhabi, Jan 18 (IANS/WAM) Foreign ministers of the UAE and Sri Lanka met here Friday to discuss ways to improve bilateral relations.

Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan met G.L. Peiris and signed an agreement to establish a joint committee for the two countries.

The meeting also discussed matters of common interest and ways to strengthen cooperation between the two countries.
