Los Angeles, Aug 25 (IANS) Thai martial artist Tony Jaa has joined the cast of "Fast And Furious 7", marking his debut in Hollywood. This is also his first English language movie.
"I have been a big fan of the 'Fast And Furious' franchise. The films are fast-paced, fun and keep the audience involved," the actor told hollywoodreporter.com.
"There is a great mix of humour and action, something I really appreciate. There is no better film to be involved in for a first US studio production," he added.
Director James Wan, who made "The Conjuring", has cast Jaa in a role that remains unknown.
Meanwhile, Jaa, best known for starring in "Ong-Bak" series, is delighted to team up with Vin Diesel and wrestler-turned-actor Dwayne Johnson in "Fast And Furious 7".
"Having a chance to work with Vin Diesel and The Rock (Johnson) already makes me a winner," he said.
