How to save a dying relationship

New York, Jan. 31 (ANI): If you think that your relationship is going nowhere and you are fighting with your partner on a daily basis, stop blaming the other person, and start suggesting things to reignite the fire.

The four things that a couple can do to rekindle a relationship that they thought was on the verge of ending are:

Firstly, couples should spend one night a week having a date. For example, if they used to go out once a week for a night of dinner and bowling, they should do that, as couples need to make their other half remember why they wanted to be with them, the Huffington Post reported.

Another thing that couples can do to reignite the fire in their relationship is to find time when they can be alone in the house. Whether that means sending the kids for a night at grandma's house or letting them have a sleepover at their friend's house, the couple should have adult time when they can just connect with each other without screaming, yelling kids in the background.

Thirdly, the couple should try to be romantic and send their significant other a flirtatious text or email in the middle of the day for no reason.

They should tease each other a little bit and tell their partner how much they miss them and how good it feels to be in a relationship with them.

Random compliments in the middle of the day for no reason at all can help reignite the romantic spark.

Lastly, going away for a weekend by taking a road trip together or trying a new activity together can also reignite the passion.

It doesn't matter if it's dancing, cooking class, learning a sport or something else. It only matters that that the couple learn something together.

Doing this will help couples ignore the current issues between them and will create something new about which they can talk. It might even give them a new common interest to share. (ANI)
