Nagaland cop shoots self

New Delhi, Jan 24 (IANS) A 29-year-old Nagaland Police constable committed suicide by shooting himself with his service weapon here, police said Thursday.

Kohli Silena, resident of Nagaland, shot himself around 9.15 p.m. Wednesday at Teen Murti Bhavan in New Delhi's Chanakyapuri area, where he was deputed since Aug 9 last year.

No suicide note was recovered.

"Initial information revealed that he was disturbed over family problems," said a police officer.
