Washington, Jan. 21 (ANI): United States first woman Secretary of State Madeleine Albright said that after serving at the dignitary post, she hit the spa to relax, but added that Hilary Clinton will have to make up her mind about what's best.
She said that what she did was read the newspapers and was very happy that she didn't have to make any decisions.
Albright told POLITICO at The Daily Beast's Bipartisan Brunch in Washington that she then went to the spa.
Albright, who served in Bill Clinton's administration, said she didn't have any advice for Clinton, who some Democrats say could be the leading contender for their party's presidential nomination in 2016.
She added that Clinton has to make up her own mind. And that everybody has their own thing to do.
Clinton has said she isn't interested in running and is looking forward to some down time.
President Barack Obama nominated Senator John Kerry (D-Mass.) to replace Clinton, who had said that she wasn't interested in serving more than one term.
Obama's cabinet appointees have been criticized, among other reasons, for a lack of diversity. But Albright said that the criticism has come too soon.
She said that Obama's cabinet is not yet complete, and there's so much diversity within the administration also to have a diversity of views, which he has, the report added. (ANI)
