New Delhi, Jan. 8 (ANI): The Deputy Prime Minister of Vietnam, Vu Van Ninh, will arrive on a three-day visit to India on Tuesday evening, during which he will hold discussions will several leaders, including External Affairs Minister Salman Khurshid, to bolster cooperation between the two sides.
Vu Van Ninh will arrive in New Delhi at 5. 30 p.m. today from Bodh Gaya.
The visiting dignitary will meet Planning Commission Deputy Chairman Montek Singh Ahluwalia at Yojana Bhawan here at 11: 30 a.m. on Wednesday.
The Vietnamese Deputy Prime Minister will then meet External Affairs Minister Salman Khurshid at Hyderabad House for around 45 minutes.
He will be attending a cultural programme at Azad Bhawan, ICCR, here at 6: 30 p.m.
The Vietnamese Deputy Prime Minister will call on Vice President Mohammad Hamid Ansari at 12: 15 p.m. on Thursday. He will also meet Finance Minister P. Chidambaram at his North Block office here at 3: 30 p.m. on the same day. (ANI)
