India end Day One on 273/7

Kolkata, Dec 5 (IANS) India were 273 for seven at stumps on the opening day of the third cricket Test against England at the Eden Gardens here Wednesday.

Skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni (22) and Zaheer Khan (0) were at the crease.

Sachin Tendulkar (76) was the top scorer for India while James Anderson was the pick of the English bowlers taking three wickets for 68.
