London, Oct 29(ANI): Former England captain Michael Vaughan has revealed his former teammate Andrew Flintoff has told him that he would prefer getting punched on face than participate in the celebrity show Strictly Come Dancing.
The former Ashes winner has been training with Barry McGuigan for ten weeks and will make his debut as a heavyweight in November.
"I've told Freddie about Strictly and he thinks it's much harder than boxing - even though you get punched in the face," the Sun quoted Vaughan, as saying.
"He said he'd rather box any day. He is coming to watch the show but I'd like him to come on a week where I'm doing a fast dance," he added.
"Seeing him sitting there while I'm doing an elegant ballroom number would completely put me off - I'd forget all of the steps," he said. (ANI)
