China to get more marine enforcement vessels

Beijing, Jan 26 (IANS) China plans to turn 11 de-commissioned vessels of its navy into ocean surveillance ships to overcome the shortage of marine right safeguarding ships, People's Daily said Saturday.

These de-commissioned naval vessels mainly include destroyers, ice-breakers and surveying ships, it said.
