Moti Bagh Stadium (Motibaug Palace Ground)
The oldest stadium in South Asia, no one really knows its establishment date. Formerly known as Motibaug Palace Ground it is part of the sprawling grounds of the Laxmi Vilas Palace - the former rulers of Baroda and the patrons of cricket in the province - The Gaekwads. The ground has staged a few one day matches; the first of which was between India and West Indies on Nov 9, 1983.
