Also known as Maple Leaf it hosted its first match on July 6, 2001 in the ICC Trophy 2001 Division when Netherlands played against Singapore. Lined by trees and beautiful breeze, the ground is a marvel in itself. Moreover, it has been hosting a few first-class matches for the Canadians, for whom cricket is an alien game.
