Situated on the coast, this may not be one of the best looking stadiums but the sea breeze that blows across help seamers quite a bit. Formerly known as the Municipal Corporation Vizag Stadium, this stadium has a capacity of 25000 people. It hosted its first one day international on December 10, 1988 between India and New Zealand. But it is yet to gain the status of being a test venue.
