Ibn-e-Qasim Bagh Stadium is a cricket ground situated in the region of Multan in Pakistan. It was originally known as the Old Fort Stadium and was opened in 1975. It is another multi-use stadium in Pakistan and has grass surface cover all over it. International Cricket and Football matches are played here and it has capacity of holding 18000 people. The Stadium hosted its first ever Test match on December 30, 1981 between Pakistan and West Indies. The match ended in a drawn cause. A year after hosting its first ever Test match, the Ibn-e-Qasim Bagh Stadium entertained the crowd with its maiden one-day international match in 1982. Zaheer Abbas' magnificent ton helped Pakistan win that match. It is a ground for Multan's domestic cricket team. The Ibn-e-Qasim Bagh Stadium hasn't hosted a World Cup match yet.
