Guwahati, Nov 7 (ANI): Indian and Australian cricket teams arrived here for the 6th ODI series, which will be played on Sunday.

A three-tier security blanket would be thrown in and around Nehru Stadium, venue of the match.

Meanwhile, long queues of cricket enthusiasts were seen outside the stadium to buy tickets.

"I am here since 5:30 a.m. standing in the queue, I am very tired. I specially want to see Yuvraj Singh, want to see him hitting sixes," said Pooja Baruha, a cricket enthusiast.

Australia beat India by three runs in the fifth one-day international on Thursday to take a 3-2 lead in the seven-match series. (ANI)

loss at mohaali cost india heavy. australlian team is a very strong mentally fit team compare to india. heavy loss at naagpur made australlia morall down which was shown at delhi.injury to add in this. but over confidence especially by batsman made india cost. the dismissals was very soft. 250 at mohaali was not to very much. the start was ok but our batting mess out badly .loose shots played and it cost very much. at hyderabad mentle tuffness was shown. at pure batting track when india was up and needs only 6 runs per over when sachin and raina was there inspite of six wickets in hand a professional comeback was shown bu aussies especially by shane watson.now the remmaining matches would be vert tough to for india but best of luck to indiato do good

    A welcome development

We have seen the referral system tried out at Wimbledon and it worked really well. There is no reason to believe that it will not work in cricket too.

    Strauss must re-exert his authority

The tourists missed Strauss's conviction in marshalling the side in the field and his batting is always valuable because he is such a fluid player when he is in form.
