It was treat to watch Team winning the toss deciding to bowl first and wickets started crumbling like a pack of cards till 35th. over the ninth wicket fell but the god ram gave strength to Rampaul and smashing 6 6's and boundaries make team India batsmen to think only ram paul didn't know what would have been the right target to defend but team India batsmen knew thew have to score 27 to win . But team Indian 3 wickets fell and Virat n Rohit changed the game yes it takes time to adjust again then their winning Target may be lesser but rembering a target of 211 was to huge in 1st ODI WHERE TEAM INDIA were left with one wicket .CRICKET ODI are thrills to watch where team with nerves wins in the end congrats to Team India on their win looking ahead to 3rd. ODI day after tomorrow cheers remembering its bowling that decides the game had west Indian bowling been more effective it may have been difficult or had team indian bww

When ravi Rampaul walked in, West Indies were 149 for eight, in the 31st over. The visitors went on to add 120 more runs after that and Rampaul scored 86 of them. And he remained unconquered...
And that was the highest by a No.10 batsman ever in ODIs... And he hit the most number of sixes -6 -by a No.10 batsman... And his partnership of 99 runs for the tenth wicket with Kemar Roach (24n.o.) was the third highest tenth wicket stand... Feeling breathless? That's how Rampaul's innings was.

Such was the stature of the Ramapul rage that Lendl Simmons's responsible innings of 78, off 102 balls, was pushed into the shadows of the background.

On the contrary, Ravichandran Ashiwn, India's lead spinner and someone who has kept the formidable Harbhajan Singh out of the team, was made to look a school-level tweaker. Ashwin bled 74 runs from his quota of 10 overs and had just a single kill to show for his efforts.

However, the Indian pacers, especially Umesh Yadav and Ranganath Vinay Kumar, had an impressive outing as they shared five wickets between themselves

Throughout this tour West Indies were playing Cricket like a bunch of Diplomats, not wanting to offend the host nation. Ravi Rampaul ,it would seem, wasn't schooled in that type of cricket .
